How is Webformix support different?

You can read more about us here. Being a small local staff, if you call in there’s a good chance we’ll have some idea of who you are and what your situation is. It helps us give better advice. It’s not something we could hope to accomplish if we were a much larger company.  The larger corporate ISPs in town rely on impersonal help centers running it by the numbers. This isn’t to say that everyone working for a large ISP is a zombie, but the chances of a customer and support representative having any history is slim. Other smaller ISPs in town simply do not invest much time and energy into their support departments. Our customers tell us so.

The culture at the Webformix office is that of information exchange. Everyone has their own specialty, but we are all generally fascinated by new trends, products and discoveries.
